iDalko is an Atlassian software consultant since 2011. Following numerous requests from Atlassian’s issue tracker (JIRA) users, they developed a tool called Exalate. The market of issue trackers is booming and the interconnectivity between different organizations is increasingly vital. Instead of sending emails back and forth to stay aligned with all parties over the entire scope of a project, Exalate allows to automatically do so wherever the initial issue is currently being handled.
